Service Providers

As part of our work to increase homebuyer readiness, the South Dakota Native Homeownership Coalition has developed a resource directory of available homeownership and other asset building service providers serving Native homeowners in South Dakota. The purpose of this directory is to promote information sharing among Coalition members.

To use this online directory of homeownership service providers, simply navigate through the drop down menu below. Select the type of service you are interested in, and then click the ‘Sort’ button. A list of organizations that provide that type of service will come up. Click the ‘More Info’ button for contact information, a brief description, and a full list of homeownership services that the organization offers.

Established in 2000, Four Bands Community Fund is a Native community development financial institution (CDFI) certified by the US Treasury and the leading organization on the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation in the areas of small business development, business lending, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship education.

Hunkpati Investments, Inc.
